The following clauses seek to ensure that the processing of personal data within the framework of a subcontracting relationship complies with the requirements of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). In this section, the Client is considered to be the Controller and the Supplier is considered to be the Subcontractor.
These clauses are notwithstanding the requirements to which the Controller and Subcontractor are subject under the FADP of 25 September 2020.
