What is the Reviews module?
The Reviews module allows you to structure, manage, and digitize your HR reviews in a simple and effective way.
For which types of companies?
All companies conduct reviews, in a more or less structured way. Each one can benefit from greater clarity and efficiency thanks to this module.
As an HR manager
Manage review campaigns (for example: 2025 annual reviews)
Create review templates (for example: Annual review) to ensure consistency within your organization.
As a manager/team lead
Plan your reviews directly in tipee.
Keep an overview of ongoing, upcoming, or pending reviews.
Prepare yourself directly in tipee, find a record of past discussions, and set goals.
As an employee
Receive a notification when your review is scheduled.
Prepare for the review in tipee.
Easily find your current and past goals.
For which types of reviews?
All your types of reviews can be digitized in tipee: annual reviews, end of probation period, internal mobility, on/off-boarding, etc.
Create your review templates and share them using the campaign system.

How does it work ?
The Reviews module is structured as follows:
Review tracking
A review can be part of a campaign (for example, 2025 year-end reviews) or be outside any campaign (for example, at the employee’s request).
Schedule the review with one or more managers and the employee.
Select the appropriate review template, or create a custom framework.
Share the review with the relevant individuals.
Prepare by answering the questions in advance.
Conduct the review and draft the report.
If necessary, request validation of the report by the participants in order to close it.

💡 Don't forget to grant access rights
The Interviews module is currently in a testing phase. Only administrators of your instance have access to it. To test the module more widely, visit our dedicated article to learn how to grant access rights to your teams.
Templates and questions
Templates ensure consistency of practices and enable data comparison between departments and over the years.
Create review templates adapted to your specific needs (annual, end of probation period, return from long absence, etc.)
