Age- and seniority-based holiday entitlement increases will soon be managed automatically by tipee. No more manual adjustments at the start of the year or on each work anniversary.

Create and calculate bespoke balances in tipee: bridge days, working hours outside childcare, splitting overtime and additional hours, or any other specific balance. This feature is being rolled out in stages — you will soon be able to create balances that perfectly match your collective agreements or staff regulations.

The expense report processing view will be completely redesigned with a filterable and sortable table, so you can find the report you need in seconds. It will also be possible to take over an expense report in the absence of the pre-validator or validator, to avoid blocking the validation workflow.
