What's new in the tipee Reviews module: June 2026

Expanded AI analysis · invitation to prepare (email + calendar) · flexible templates and questions · smart copy-paste · sharing the preparation · cross-team overview of objectives

Written by Chloé

We've taken your feedback on the Reviews module on board to meet your needs even better and save you time at every step, from preparation to analysing the results. Here's what's changing:

  • Richer analysis: AI analysis now lets you compare several campaigns and batches of reviews.

  • 🎯Organisation-wide view of objectives: for an overall picture and aligned objectives.

  • 📨 Communication and preparation: the invitation is sent by email, with a link to add it easily to your personal calendar.

  • 🤸‍♀️ More flexibility: descriptive text blocks and free-text questions you can edit at any time.

  • ✏️ Fewer clicks and less typing: duplicate a template in one click, and smart copy-paste for records.

AI analysis: spot trends and track changes through comparison

The AI analysis section is no longer limited to a single campaign. You can now compare the results of several campaigns over time, and batches of reviews across different teams.

All your organisation's objectives — on a single page

A new cross-team view brings all objectives together in one place. You keep an overall picture, track their progress at a glance and check that individual objectives stay aligned with the team's. More transparency, more consistency in tracking — and real time savings. You'll find the page in the Reviews module submenu > Objective tracking.

No more forgetting, thanks to the email invitation

When an employee is invited to prepare for their review, they receive an email with a file (ICS) they can add to their personal calendar in one click. You can also now specify the time of the review. The manager can now share their preparation with the invitee.

More flexibility for your templates and questions

Add a text block to your templates and reviews to include descriptions, guidance or instructions. Placed in a template, it stays fixed; added on the fly in a review, it remains editable. And to save time, duplicate an existing template rather than recreating it. What's more, free-text questions can now be edited at any time.

Records that are quicker to write

A smart copy-paste picks up text-type preparations and the comments on multiple-choice questions, helping you write your records faster.
